Relating to foods of minimal nutritional value; declaring an emergency.

Abstract

Requires Department of Human Services to operate pilot project, subject to approval by United States Department of Agriculture, to prohibit purchase of foods of minimal nutritional value, as defined by United States Department of Agriculture, using Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
